本发明公开了一种亲水性缓释肥的载体,包括重量份的木粉10~90份、淀粉0~100份、丙烯酸或其衍生物10~60份、聚合反应催化剂0.5~2份、扩链剂1~20份。本发明还公开了应用这种载体的缓释肥及其制备方法。该制备方法包括:1)按比例在反应容器中加入木粉、淀粉、添加剂、催化剂和扩链剂,按所加原料总体积的0.01~0.2倍加入水,在温度40~90℃下搅拌0.5~4h,得凝胶状载体;2)将步骤1)所得载体放入质量浓度为1~90%的化肥的水溶液中浸泡1~10天,即得产品。本发明提供制备的化肥控释载体的材料来源于天然木质生物质材料,无污染,具有环境和资源优势,载体的控释性能良好。

The invention discloses a carrier of a hydrophilic slow-release fertilizer, which comprises 10-90 parts by weight of wood powder, 0-100 parts by weight of starch, 10-60 parts by weight of acrylic acid or its derivatives, 0.5-2 parts by weight of a polymerization catalyst, and 1-20 parts by weight of a chain extender. The invention also discloses the slow-release fertilizer using the carrier and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) proportionally adding wood powder, starch, additives, the catalyst and the chain extender into a reactor, adding water with a volume being 0.01-0.2 times of the total volume of the added raw materials, stirring at 40-90 DEG C for 0.5-4 hours to obtain a gel carrier; 2) soaking the carrier obtained in step 1) in a fertilizer aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 1-90% for 1-10 days to obtain the product. The materials for preparing the fertilizer controlled-release carrier provided by the invention is derived from natural wood biomass materials, and thus the carrier is free of pollution, has environment and resource advantages, and has good controlled release performance.
